The idea for this video came about in a rather odd way. I needed to write a sketch to film the next day and I looked over at my bedroom door and thought "What if I have someone walk up to the door and start to go in, and then another person comes up and starts giving ridiculous reasons as to why they shouldn't". And it went on from there. But when I got to the end of the script, after showing the birthday banner, I couldn't think of a final joke, a punchline. So I had my character punch Randals. Lazy perhaps, but I think it worked.
